eStatements & eNotifications benefit you by allowing us to serve you more effectively and efficiently. Our eStatements and eNotifications help you eliminate having to find a place to store all of your paper statements and notices. They also ease the frustrations of not being able to find a statement when you need it most.

Receiving your statements and notices electronically is safer and more convenient.

Apply in person at any of our offices. Or to apply by fax, simply fill out the forms under "RELATED LINKS" and fax the forms and a copy of your driver's license to (734) 676-7191.

eStatements are electronic statements that replace your paper statements.

  • You will be able to view all of your transactions, balances, cleared checks, etc. from the convenience of your secure NetBranch Account login.
  • You will get a separate eStatement for each primary account that includes all information from any sub-accounts as well.
  • Your eStatement will show up about 3 to 4 days sooner than your paper one currently does.
  • eStatements are a FREE Service


eNotifications are electronic notifications that replace mailed paper notifications.

Some benefits of eNotifications

  • eNotifications currently available through this service include
    • NSF notices / CD maturity notices / ACH NSF notices / All other share draft notices
    • Other notices will be added as they become available
  • Your eNotifications will show up about 3 to 4 days sooner than your paper ones currently do.
  • eNotifications are a FREE Service

Your eStatement / eNotifications are more secure than paper statements & notifications. In fact, the FBI
recommends electronic statements in favor of paper statements because your information is protected by
numerous security features, not present or possible with paper statements. Electronic statements avoid the
risk of fraudulent accessibility provided by the mail service or your mailbox.

To ensure maximum security for your information, we use:

  • 128-bit encryption
  • Secured Socket Layer connection
  • Firewall protection
  • eStatement / eNotifications are only accessible through your password protected, secure NetBranch account.


System requirements

You must have a PC with internet access, maintain an e-mail address, have access to a printer or available
storage space on your PC to retain a copy on file, and the following software:

  • Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.05 and higher
    (Available free at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html), and
  • Netscape Communicator 4.7x or higher (128 bit encrypted), or
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.01 or higher (128 bit encrypted), or
  • America Online 4.0 or higher (32 bit encrypted)
