eAlerts provide NetBranch users with a text or email notification (as soon as 2 hours) after various account activities. These activities include high and low balances, cleared checks, and various other transactions such as ACH, ATM and Drafts based on specific amounts.
eAlerts are free to use, but please note that standard text-messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply.
After accepting the Disclosure Agreement, you will first determine the types of alerts you’d like to receive. Next, you’ll establish contact points such as your email address or your cell phone information if you’d like to receive texts. Lastly, since eAlerts are so flexible, you’ll need to associate your contact points with your alerts. For example, you may want to receive balance alerts by text, but want your cleared checks alerts via email.
eAlerts will arrive within 2 hours of any designated transaction posting to your account. We do our best to provide alerts in a timely manner with accurate information, but alerts may be delayed or prevented by a variety of factors beyond our control. We don't guarantee the delivery of alerts and are not responsible for any actions taken or not taken by you or any third party as the result of an alert.
To receive texts, you’ll need to enter your cell phone number, the “@” sign, and then extension of your wireless carrier. Refer to the list below for the extensions of many popular carriers:
Verizon: 10digitphonenumber@vtext.com
AT&T: 10digitphonenumber@txt.att.net
Sprint: 10digitphonenumber@messaging.sprintpcs.com
T-Mobile: 10digitphonenumber@tmomail.net
Nextel: 10digitphonenumber@messaging.nextel.com
Cingular: 10digitphonenumber@cingularme.com
Virgin Mobile: 10digitphonenumber@vmobl.com
Alltel: 10digitphonenumber@message.alltel.com
CellularOne: 10digitphonenumber@mobile.celloneusa.com
Omnipoint: 10digitphonenumber@omnipointpcs.com
Qwest: 10digitphonenumber@qwestmp.com
If your provider is not listed above, you can simply send a text message to your email account and your phone's email address will appear as the sender of that message (e.g. 7346767000@messaging.sprintpcs.com).
At this time, the text option is not fully compatible with Sprint. The text alert will truncate after 160 characters. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
