You have the ability to change your ATM and Debit PIN# right at any AOFCU ATM machines (this will only work at AOFCU ATM machines - no other ATM’s). You must know the PIN# that is
currently assigned to your card. If you forgot or lost your PIN#, we can reorder it via mail for a $5.00 charge.
If you are a debit card member who is unable to change your PIN# at one of our ATM machines, you must reorder your PIN# via mail for a $5.00 charge. The new PIN# will be mailed to you
with reference# printed on it. That reference number will be needed when you call to change your PIN#. To change your PIN# by phone, please call 1-800-503-9249.
At this time, ATM cardholders do not have the ability to change their PIN# via phone. ATM cardholders must change their PIN# an AOFCU ATM machine. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to have the option available within the next couple of months.
As part of routine security measures, your VISA or MasterCard account may be flagged for suspicious activity that is out of the ordinary. For this reason, we strongly encourage you to contact us if you plan on using your VISA credit card or your MasterCard debit card while traveling to avoid any inconvenience.
